who will be responsible for the present and future real estate activities in Poland
Responsibilities:
- having total responsibility for the execution of projects from start to delivery
- taking detailed notice of all conditions and specifications of plans and terms from start to delivery
- following up progress of the projects, making controls, reporting on problems, discussing with the responsibles (architects, contractors, e.o.) focusing on problem solving
- contributing to the technical aspect during the concept phase of possible projects
- contributing to the information supply in the context of projects in execution towards the investors
- contributing to optimizing the organisation, systems and methods within execution
Profile:
- master building engineer or civil building engineer, architect or equal
- minimum 5 years professional experience in contracting or building promotion
- knowledge of and experience with modern tools (planning techniques, informatics)
- knowledge of local legislation, regulations is an asset
- mother tongue Polish, good knowledge of English is required, knowlegde of other languages (f.i. Dutch, French) are an asset
- willing to travel frequently
